Abstract
|
|
|
The relative biological potency of vitamin A_1, in synthetic vitamin A_1, Scomber Japonicus raw liver, Meyong Tai fish (Theragra Chalcograma) raw liver and its liver oil. pylorus, pancreas, frozen Meyong Tai fish liver and its liver oil, liver: 74%, Its liver oli: 66%. and Shark liver oil capsule was measured by maleic value.
The results were as follows;
1. The relative biological potency of synthetic vitamin A_1 varied with the solid or liquid.
2. The relative biological potency was as follows; Meyong Tai fish raw liver: 85%, its liver oil: 70%, pilorus: 74%, pancrease: 61%, frozen Meyong Tai fish liver 74%, its liver oil 66%
